I took the day off today. I left the house at 6:00 a.m. and walked along the beach to Jack Block Park (and back). Returned home at 8:45 a.m. I think it's about a little over 5 miles roundtrip. (I didn't just walk to the park, but through it.) It seemed like a long walk home. I needed some coffee. But now I'm home AND I have coffee. Life is good.
