I have always liked dogwood trees, but now that I'm slowing down to really look at all things flora, I like them more than ever. They seem so elegant and ethereal in bloom. It makes me miss the giant dogwood that was in the front yard of our Magnolia rental. I guess I'll have to settle for sneaking secret glances at other peoples' trees...
