Slow Food (Part One)
Today, I am making porchetta. This is probably the fourth or fifth time I've made it. I was inspired to try to come up with my own method/recipe after eating the porchetta sandwich at Salumi. Truly a life-changing sandwich. Absolutely delicious. My own version is plenty good, but I'm nowhere near Salumi status (yet)!
