Not pictured, the cucumber and feta salad that was semi-forgotten in the fridge during my "photo shoot," and the not-very-photogenic, but oh-so-delicious garbanzo bean and roasted red pepper salad with pinenut dressing. YUM. YUM. YUM. (That was my favorite.) Good job, Cory--you throw yourself a heck of a party!
