Summer Supper
I love heirloom tomatoes. I like to chop them up, mix them with minced garlic, extra virgin olive oil, basil and sea salt. Then I throw that on top of some grilled bread, et voila...dinner is served. (Although tonight, I also had some left over salmon "carpaccio" to throw on the bread too.)

This week, at my favorite grocery store, these organic heirloom tomatoes are on sale for $3.99 a pound. Tonight, I spent about seven dollars on them. But they are worth every penny. They're what summer tastes like...
