The answer is (finally) yes. I have found a preparation (thanks to Orangette) that I like: First you shred the brussel sprouts (thanks Cuisinart!) and then saute them in olive oil (and a bit of butter) with garlic and toss in some pasta. Top with parmesan, pinenuts, black pepper and sea salt. What's not to like?

I Like Brussel Sprouts?
The answer is (finally) yes. I have found a preparation (thanks to Orangette) that I like: First you shred the brussel sprouts (thanks Cuisinart!) and then saute them in olive oil (and a bit of butter) with garlic and toss in some pasta.
