When I went for an early morning walk yesterday morning at the beach, this sculpture was on the sidewalk...left over from Saturday. I've never seen the artist in action, but a few times every summer, I've been lucky enough to come across a few of his/her sand mermaids. The detail on them is incredible. (Before they crumble apart or get walked on by kids and dogs...)
